Cookie Policy

Netgo sp. z o.o. · Version: October 2026

This policy explains how Vignette Bulgaria stores and accesses information (cookies and similar technologies) on your device.

What we use

NameTypePurpose
Stripe (e.g. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid)EssentialSet by our payment processor, Stripe, for fraud prevention and to process your card payment securely. Always active — checkout cannot work without it.
First-party statistics (wa_sid, wa_vid, wa_fid, wa_consent)Essential / functional, first-partySet by this site itself — no third party is involved. Used to count visits and order-funnel steps in aggregate; no form field values are stored. wa_sid: session identifier, kept for 30 minutes. wa_vid: visit identifier — a session cookie unless you accept analytics, in which case it is kept for up to 400 days. wa_fid: time of your first visit — set only after you accept, kept for up to 400 days. wa_consent: remembers your cookie choice, kept for up to 400 days.
Marketing attribution (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid, fbclid, ttclid, __oppref, __obref, __olref, __oaiq)First-party marketing-attribution cookiesSet by our own server only when you arrive through an advertisement or campaign link that carries such parameters. They store the campaign parameters and click identifiers from that link for up to 90 days (the first link counts — later visits do not overwrite them), so that an order can be attributed to the advertisement or campaign that led to it.
Google Tag ManagerTag managementLoads the tags listed below and passes them your cookie choice through Google Consent Mode v2: they set cookies only after you click "Accept"; before that they send only cookieless, aggregated signals.
Session analytics managed in our tag container (e.g. Microsoft Clarity)Non-essential analytics cookieRecords anonymised session behaviour (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps) to help us understand and improve the site. Loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner — never before.
Google Analytics (GA4)Non-essential analytics cookieMeasures traffic and behaviour on the site to help us understand what's working. Loaded on every visit (required by Google Consent Mode v2), but only sets a cookie and personalises data after you click "Accept" — before that it sends only cookieless, aggregated signals.
Google AdsNon-essential advertising cookieMeasures which ads led to a completed order (conversion tracking), so we know our advertising spend is working. Same Consent Mode v2 behaviour as Google Analytics above — a cookie is only set after you click "Accept".

Your order form (vehicle, plate, contact details) is held only in your browser's memory while you complete checkout and is not saved once you close the tab or reload the page — it does not use a cookie.

Your cookie choice

The first time you visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject the non-essential cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and session-analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity). Your choice is remembered on this device — in your browser's localStorage under the key cookie-consent and in the wa_consent cookie — so you won't be asked again. It has no effect on Stripe's essential cookie, which is required for payment. The first-party statistics and attribution cookies described above are set by this site itself regardless of the banner; your choice only decides whether wa_vid is kept beyond your browser session and whether wa_fid is set.

To change your choice later, clear this site's browsing data in your browser settings and reload the page — the banner will reappear.

Managing cookies

If you do not wish to accept cookies at all, you can disable them in your browser settings. Disabling cookies will prevent Stripe from processing your payment, so you will not be able to complete an order.
