Customer Information
1. Who you are buying from
Vignette Bulgaria is operated by Netgo sp. z o.o. (Katowice, Poland). We are an independent intermediary, not a reseller — we are not affiliated with the Bulgarian government. The digital vignette itself is issued directly by Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (Агенция „Пътна инфраструктура“ — АПИ / API), through its National Toll Administration and its official system, bgtoll.bg. Based on the power of attorney you grant us at checkout, we submit your registration to API on your behalf, verify your data beforehand, and forward API's confirmation to you by e-mail.
2. What product you are buying
The Bulgarian e-vignette is a digital vignette linked to your licence plate, for motor vehicles with at least four wheels and a maximum permissible mass of up to 3.5 tonnes. It is required on the whole paid national road network — motorways and first-, second- and third-class national roads outside towns, not only motorways. Motorcycles need no vignette. We offer one vehicle category (vehicle up to 3.5 t) and four validity periods: 7 days (weekly), 30 days (monthly), 3 months (quarterly) and 1 year (annual). The start date you select is the first day of validity, and the vignette ends at 23:59 on its last day: the weekly vignette covers the start date and the following 6 days; the monthly vignette covers the start date and the following 29 days, but never longer than one month from the start date; the quarterly vignette runs until the day before the same date three months later; the annual vignette runs until the day before the same date in the following year — it is not tied to the calendar year. A vignette whose start date is the day of the order becomes valid only once it has been registered — never retroactively. A trailer needs an additional vignette only where the vehicle combination exceeds 3.5 tonnes; that trailer vignette is not sold on this site — the vignette you order covers the towing vehicle only. The order requires only the licence plate and the country of registration; no vehicle identification number (VIN) is collected.
3. What you pay — price breakdown
| Component | Amount | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Government Fee | Shown at checkout | API's official, unaltered vignette fee for the vehicle category and validity period you choose — we add no markup. |
| Processing Fee & tax | Shown at checkout | Our own service fee: registration interface, data verification, submission to API, support, and e-mail confirmation. |
| Express processing (optional) | Shown at checkout | Your order is processed within 1 minute to 2 hours instead of the standard processing time of up to 12 hours. |
| Total | Shown in the order summary | All components are always shown separately before you pay. |
We quote no amounts on this page because the Government Fee depends on the vehicle category and validity period you choose and may be changed by the authority. The Government Fee, the Processing Fee and the optional Express fee are each shown separately in the price list on this site and in the order summary before payment. All amounts are in euro, Bulgaria's currency since 1 January 2026 — no currency conversion applies to the Government Fee.
4. When you can get a refund — and when you can't
| Situation | Refundable? |
|---|---|
| You cancel before your vignette registration has been submitted to API | Yes — Processing Fee, within 14 days |
| Registration submitted, but vignette validity has not started yet | Possibly — Government Fee only under API's own rules, on request |
| Vignette registered and its validity period has started | No — neither the Government Fee nor the Processing Fee |
| Technical error or duplicate purchase caused by us | Yes — we cooperate fully to resolve it |
Full details, including how to request a cancellation, are in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
5. Immediate performance — what you are agreeing to
Most customers want their vignette registered as soon as possible. By ticking the consent checkboxes and completing payment, you are explicitly asking us to begin registering your vignette with API immediately, before the standard 14-day withdrawal period would otherwise expire — and you acknowledge that, once that registration is complete, you lose the right to withdraw from it. This is a standard, legally required trade-off for any digital service delivered instantly, and it is why the Bulgarian e-vignette has no general cooling-off period once it is active.
